Using 'click & collect' or 'phone & collect' helps to save you time when you need to get things moving on that urgent job.
Social distancing is still one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy, so where required, please remain in your vehicle when you arrive in a branch and we’ll come to you.
While wearing gloves, we'll take care of everything - including starting, loading, or placing equipment in your vehicle.
All equipment is individually cleaned and disinfected between every hire for your safety.
As mandated by government authorities, all our New Zealand branches NZ COVID Tracer posters displayed so that you can sign in when coming into a branch.
If your equipment is being delivered to site, our driver will drop it at a pre-determined spot at your designated location. Call once you have completed your job and we’ll confirm the pick-up location.
We continue to follow all government guidelines as they apply to our business, our customers and the communities we work and live in.
