Kennards Hire expands into North Geelong

Kennards Hire are now bringing their unmatched equipment hire and customer service to North Geelong, a booming suburb with a rich history of industry and property development. With over 170 branches across Australia and New Zealand, the multigenerational company are expanding beyond their existing Geelong branch to meet growing demands in the region, bringing their Victorian network to up to 27 branches.

Construction and manufacturing accounts for nearly a fifth of Geelong’s workforce, and Kennards Hire will help develop the city’s flourishing industry. Situated in a prime location just off the Princes Highway, the 1,220 sqm branch will provide an extensive range of specialist equipment for some of Geelong’s largest industries, including materials processing for textiles, timber and aluminum.

Branch Manager, Blake Torney, said the area is experiencing growth it hasn’t seen for almost 10 years, and the North Geelong team is excited to see what opportunities the new location holds.
