What about the security of my personal data?
In accordance with our privacy statement we treat all the information you give us about yourself in the strictest confidence, and use it only for the purpose of your job application. It is stored securely with access only available to authorised people.
How is my police check result used in the processing of my application?
Background checks are part of the recruitment and selection process. The results are held confidentially and are considered against the inherent requirements of the job.
What do I wear to the face-to-face interview?
Dress to impress! We recommend dressing smart casual.
How do I prepare for the interview?
Do some research about our company, our history and equipment. Our website and social channels will help you with this. Prepare to answer some behavioural based questions and talk about your skills and experience relevant to the role.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
Kennards Hire’s vaccination requirements for employees are in accordance with each government’s requirements and legislation. Vaccinations are however desirable, as Kennards Hire works in the construction and infrastructure market whereby some customers require vaccination to attend their site.
