Theo Triantafillides
Chief Commercial Officer
Theo Triantafillides joined Kennards Hire in November 2015 in the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer. The role brought together the business development, marketing, customer support and pricing functions of the business.
Theo came to Kennards Hire after four years in similar positions with StarTrack and the Parcels business of Australia Post. In this time he oversaw the successful integration of the commercial (and cultural) elements of the former Startrack Express, Australian air Express and Australia Post Parcels businesses.
Prior to that, Theo spent 22 years with Qantas Airways. In that time he did everything from operations to business analysis and sales. The last five of those years as a senior executive with commercial and marketing responsibilities in the freight division. He led a major, global, IT and business process transformation program that the organisation is benefiting from to this day.
He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Theo lives in Sydney with his wife and daughter. He claims to be the least handy person in Kennards Hire, although he can operate a Fender Stratocaster which he considers a power-tool.
