Introduced in 2013, this innovation is brilliant (even if we do say so ourselves).
Customers scan an equipment tag (with an enabled smart phone or tablet) and access: service history, certification, operating manual, risk assessment, safety checks, users guide, videos, maintenance schedule and other vital information.
We back our systems and processes - by putting it out there for all to see.
First live hire website
Our new website is industry changing.
It’s the first live hire site available to the Australian and New Zealand market. Customers can now live hire (on any device) from any work site location and the equipment will be ready for pickup at a branch of their choice, or delivered onsite.
What else is cool? Online payments, printed copies of invoices, credit notes and statements.
Product innovation
We constantly push the envelope.
Throughout our history we’ve tried, tested, learnt, adapted and grown. That’s led us to being first-to-market with many new products. Innovative. That’s what we’ve often been called.
Most often we’ve worked with our suppliers to customise (or modify) products, but it’s not unusual for us to design and build them ourselves and introduce them to the market. You just can’t hold us down!
