General Manager, Safety and Operational Improvement
Richard Eden has had a varied career in roles across accounting, audit, IT, project and program management, strategy, safety, change and operational improvement. He began his career in NSW Railways, then moving on to various contracting and consulting roles across a wide variety of government, not for profit, educational and private industry.
Richard joined Kennards Hire in 2016 as the Program Manager responsible for implementing the business plan priorities. In 2017, he moved into his current role, responsible for Safety, Operational Improvement / Innovation, Quality, Environment and most recently Operations Training delivery.
Richard holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University. Richard lives in Sydney with his wife and four children.
